He didn't know how to do a gift card and asked if my husband wanted anything else. He ordered a blizzard. What we got was soup. This is outrageous. I am usually not one to complain or be angry about such things, but this is the most pitiful disgrace I have ever seen. I am bewildered and baffled at such horrible service and incompetency.
